Mail and MAC problem

I got a company that I host the email and domain for. They use MAC, but when they POP the email it doesnt delete the messages they download. They use Entourage (Office for MAC) as system to handle mail. I tried other mail programs on PC and it works perfect.

Does anyone have any clue what this can be, is it a config or OS related problem? They are the only one who got this problem, so I quite dont understand whats the problem is.

Entourage has an option to "Leave a copy of each message on the server" (see "Tools" menu -> "Accounts" -> select account and click "Edit" -> click "Options" tab). If they have this option enabled that would leave the messages on the server.
