Hello, I have problems with my server. All accounts are spammed one after the other. I do not know what to do?
My server is Centos day, but I'm afraid to custombuild update and have problems with my sites.

Hello,

To protect your users from spam you might need to enable SpamAssassin and RBL.

Why? Do you have a customized setup? Anyway you might need somebody to do it for you (some guys here including can do it for you) or post here your questions if you want to do it yourself.
