Mail headers with senter Ip???

Hello,

I use windows live mail to sent mails.
When i sent email from my computer using windows live mail sent the email like normal...
byt the receiver when read headers can see my host name my ip and my computer name

Received: from 7*-1*-14*-1**.rmxsmania.com ([7*.1*.14*.1**] helo=server.****.com)
by box360.****.com with esmtps (TLSv1:AES256-SHA:256)
(Exim 4.69)
(envelope-from <info@*****.com>)
id 1MHaGE-0008I1-D8

as you can see there are 2 Received....

how can i remove this info from mail header
its safe to remove them?
There is any option that windows live mail dont add them?

Please help me

That means the mail server is operating as it should.
