Mail issue VPS

Hello,

I have a mananged VPS ( ubuntu, DirectAdmin) and I have issues with my mail...

When I sne d amail with outlook with one of the mailadresses of my domain , I dont get an Error ...

When I want to check my mail, I also dont get an error, but I dont get my emails ....

when I go to my webmail I also dont see the emails...

I have fount out that my mail uses Dovecot en Exim ....

Can somebody please help me , its for my business

You need to check logs. If you are not server admin or you bought hosting services you need to contact or server admin or hosting company.

If is it your server so check /var/log/exim/mainlog and /var/log/exim/rejectlog for check whats wrong.
