If an acount logs into webmail and composes a message... the recipient sees it as username@myservershostname

how do I fix it so it shows there actual email address instead of username @ hostname?

also, pop boxes which have usernames of user@domain ... these cant login to webmail

also... when I create an account and it sends the signup email... it sends as admin@hostname - how can I adjust that to admin@domainname?

You can modify the from address in all email applications I have seen. In squirrelmail you can set it in the options, you can probably find something similar for other webmail applications.

You are trying to login with the name as the complete email address not the username right?

I believe this is the email of your admin or reseller account from within DirectAdmin. When in the user level if you go to the site stats page near the bottom should be a box where you can set your address.
