Mail not receiving

When a sender sends an Email to a emailuser(DA) it is never received by Exim. Only email generated locally can be seen(or transferred to any emailclient)

The sender don't get any email containing a timeout or unknown user user

Exim: OK
DNS: OK
POP via port 110:OK

On which port Exim listening? I don't see any trafic via port 25(tcpdump port 25).

Check in the logs then:

/var/log/maillog

/var/log/exim/mainlog
/var/log/exim/rejectlog
/var/log/exim/paniclog

Only pop messages

/var/log/exim/mainlog, no incoming mail messages
/var/log/exim/rejectlog
==empty
/var/log/exim/paniclog == empty
