Mail Receiving Error on Dovecot

Hello All,

There is an error displaying while try to receive mail through thunderbird.
"sending of Password is did not succeded. Authentication failed".
My problem is just like the following thread.

I can login through webmail with password. But could not authenticate using email clients.

Please Help !!!

Which webmail client did you use? Most webmail clients use IMAP; thunderbird is probably set to use POP3.

Make sure you're using no encryption and cleartext authenticatin in thunderbird.

Thanks for your support. But unfortunately it doesnt solve the problem. I suspect
there is some problem with configurations. Because I dont have any problem with other domains. Everything looks cool. Problem generated only for one domain for a newly created email under this domain
