Dear DA community
An customer which use office 365 to control his email address is not able to receive emails from any other email address from the same server.
From any other email address from other centos boxes with directadmin / outlook or gmail they can receive emails normally.
bounce message in log: X=TLSv1.2:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:256 CV=no F=<[email protected]> rejected RCPT
server uses : eximconf_release 2.1 and latest dovecot
Is this ralated to an exim / dovecot server setting or his own MX / SPF record?
Please advise.
