mail rejected

Often when I mail to people in Poland it is rejected.

For instance I get:

host mx.poczta.fm [217.74.64.238]: 554
Recipient address rejected: SPF policy: FAIL

I check the dns settings. Reverse dns is working, and I've tried several settings:
IN TXT "v=spf1"
or
IN TXT "v=spf2"
or
IN TXT "v=spf1 -all"

Nothing works, does anyone have an idea?

When I originally recommended an spf txt record to DA I didn't understand it fully and recommended -all

It turns out you should have a tilde; in other words, ~all

Of course this presumes that the mailserver or mailserver(s) in Poland will allow ~all

Anyone using SPF can make their own decisions as to what to allow.
