Yes but you have to be very sure that all in there are bad. Lot of ASN's have a lot of bad users, but also contain various valid ones. So for example we didn't get any license mails anymore from some software company because of such netblock.Just outright block bad ASNs.
I'm not specifically against netblocksBut because there are some bad ASN's out there who don't care (or not a lot). I blocked a very big one, Ghostnet from Germany. When reporting spam I instantly got a new one from there, we got loads from there and every time it stopped a couple of days, new ones were coming again, until the point that I had enough of it. And it became fairly quiet with spam. Most we get now is from gmail and outlook.
