Mail sent to domainpointer disappears

I've got a user account with 1 main domainname and 4 domain pointers (i tried alias as well). All mail sent to one of the pointers seems to disappear. I can see the mail comming in in the logs, but it doesn't get deliverd in the mailbox.
Other accounts on the same server don't have this problem. Special about this account is that i once changed the main domainname (swapped it with one of the aliases).

Any help on this one? Thanks in advance!
 
I was able to fix this one myself. In het mail folder there still was a directory for the old main domainname. I moved all files from this folder to new domain and created a symlink from the old to the new domain.
Emails are recovered and all is functional again.

But it does seem to be a bug in DirectAdmin though...

Can you specify which mail folder you're referring to?
Are you using dovecot(Maildir) or vm-pop3d(mbox) ?
