Mail system return 550, Unknown User

I have a domain use Google mail application, when I try to send mail to this email account in the DA server, it returns 550(Unknown User).

When I delete the domain in DA, sending mail will be okay, how can I fix it?

You need to make the MX record for the DNS zone point to the google system, and you need to uncheck the checkbox for DA to manage the email.

My domain use the external DNS, add MX records makes no effect

If you want your local server to be able to send email to google, for a domain you host on your server, you need to turn on DNS control for the domain, then click on MX Records for the domain, then under Local Mail Server uncheck the box and save the change. Then you can turn DNS Control for the domain back off.

Thanks, it never return 550 now, but mail can't send to Google, I try to delete the domain from DA, then it works, mail sent correctlt.

Check your /var/log/exim/mainlog file to see what's going on.

You can tail it in real time while you're trying to send the email.
