Mailing List cPanel Don't Deliver to Office365

Hey

I am having a problem with our Mailing List. can you help me.

We have a mailing list on the cpanel server, and in the mailing list there is a list of members with domain emails from cpanel and from office365.

When a user from the cpanel domain sends an email to the mailing list, all members can receive it.

However, when a user from office365 email sends an email to the mailing list, the email user from Cpanel can receive the message without any problem, but the user from Office365 cannot see anything, the email cannot come in.

we have a test to change "Hide the sender of amessage, replacing it with .." in the settings in CPANEL like this

and it helps us, all members in the mailing can receive the email, including emails from Office365

so, if previously the final recipient of the email will see the sender is.
and now it becomes like this

but that's actually not what we expected, because the received user will be confused about the email from where.
