MailQueue doesnt load, email doesnt send

Hiya All!

I have a problem with my mail on my dedicated server.
I hope that someone can point me in the good direction ;)
I dont know if i am in the right forum....but ill give it a try....!

1st: When in admin in derectadmin, i cannot load the mail que
2nd: Sometimes the mail doenst send from the server
3th: When viewing some logs i noticed that there are a lot of spam mails trying to send mail on my server. Can i configer it so it is difficult to spam through my server (as in change smpt port or something?)

My server/os:

Linux CentOS 5
PHP Version 5.2.10
DirectAdmin

Generally that means it's gotten too large; it must be managed using server administration tools, from the shell.

The exim mainlog snippet you've shown us is too large to study, but it looks to me that what you see is blocking of incoming spam, not outgoing email.

The error in the panic log shows you that Exim won't deliver mail to root; there are a lot of posts recently on this forum about how to create a forwarder from root to another email address.
3th: When viewing some logs i noticed that there are a lot of spam mails trying to send mail on my server. Can i configer it so it is difficult to spam through my server (as in change smpt port or something?)

Please explain why you think this so. Sure you can change the SMTP port but then no-one will be able to use your mail server for anything; mail servers depend on known common ports to talk to each other.

But the default DirectAdmin exim install does not relay.

Email is sent correctly by the panel Roundcube but this problem happens when a new user is created and information by the Panel to be emailed.

You don't give us your domain name so we can't check, we can only guess.

Does your SPF record for the sending domain contain -all or ~all? If the former, this could be the cause. If you have the former, or nothing at all, then either add the ~all section or replace the -all with ~all.

If you're going to write again be sure to tell us the domain name so we can help you investigate; otherwise it's unlikely you'll get a reply.

Based on information in your private message I can only suggest that you need to discuss this issue with the Yahoo postmaster; their own internal blocklists may be blocking you. You're not on any public blocklists.

I've got no experience with DMARC. Perhaps you can figure it out or someone else can help you.

(Our server emails seem to get accepted by gmail even though the server I use has no published DMARC policy.)

I think Apparently the new rules are Yahoo and Gmail

I installed Directadmin other server in other datacenter for test.

problem was everywhere :-| :eek:

(I send a email to dear mark for resolve this my problem - If anyone can solve faster help me :( )
