Main Account E-mail.

It seems to be that people who get accounts, can't login to the main account email address though webmail. It comes up username/password not found.

Yet if you create another email it seems to work fine.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Main accounts use a webmail login similar to:

accountname

while email accounts created later use a webmail login sumilar to:

[email protected]

Could this be your problem?
