Main Domain Issues

So when you visit 5linenetwork.com it displays "Apache is functioning normally". But I want another user to own 5linenetwork.com. I try to add it and the directadmin says it's in use already by my server.

How do I locate and remove this?
If I can't remove it where do I find the folder where I can upload a site to get rid of "Apache is functioning normally"?
 
I found where its located its under server:/home/admin/domains/5linenetwork.com

Now am I able to move this to another user and add the domain under the user as well or can I remove this all together?

the dns is set to server.5linenetwork.com / nameservers ns1.5linenetwork.com does this make a difference?
 
My issue is that it wont display in the DirectAdmin CP anywhere 5LineNetwork.com under domains.
