Hi..

I'm finding these messages in my Admin mailbox...

PHP:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  pipe to |/etc/virtual/majordomo/wrapper digest -r -C -c /etc/virtual/[DOMAIN]/majordomo/majordomo.cf -l sav-interne-digest sav-interne-digest-outgoing
    generated by sav-interne-out@[DOMAIN]
    local delivery failed

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

------ pipe to |/etc/virtual/majordomo/wrapper digest -r -C -c /etc/virtual/[DOMAIN]/majordomo/majordomo.cf -l sav-interne-digest sav-interne-digest-outgoing
       generated by sav-interne-out@[DOMAIN] ------

$* is no longer supported at /etc/virtual/majordomo/digest line 305.
Receiving 2167
producing sav-interne-digest V1 #1

2 things:

$* no longer supported error : This is little discussed on the web, but did manage to find the explain of this problem, due to perl updates that breaks old (very old) majordomo code. I patched the majordomo.pl script with explains found on the net, but i still get this message in digest file...
How did you folks resolve this problem ?

Local delivery failed : This is due to the fact local adresse does not exist.. When i try to put up a forwarder it is refused, as there is already an alias created with mailing list... Must i create a full user box just to get those messages delivered ? Is there no alternative ?

Thks for your replies...
