making an ip owned by a user

I've done this before but I can't seem to figure out or find in the site-helper the instructions to make an IP owned by a user.

Could someone paste a link with the step by step instructions?

You first need to assign an IP address to the reseller of the user you will be giving the IP address to. This can be done from the admin level through IP Management.

Then, either through the admin reseller levels, view all users. View details for the user, and click on the Modify user... button.

A little ways from the top should be a drop down box with available IPs that you can assign to the user.
