Making Majordomo Announce only

I need a better explaination of the directadmin mailing list controls.

I'm trying to make a mailing list announce only.

What settings would I change?

I've checked all the FAQ's and threads at greatcircle and I find the home of Majordomo lacking.

No simple answers to simple questions

The direct admin site doesn't have much on it and just shoves us off to the majordomo site which doesn't have much going on for it either... for simpletons like myself anyway....

You probably need a copy of list-owner-info.

it's part of the standard Majordomo install, but DirectAdmin doesn't include it, so I've put a generic version of it here.
