"Manage" DNS in Domain Pointers

Even if a user does not have rights to modify DNS, the CMD_DOMAIN_POINTER page still shows a link to "Manage" DNS for each pointer. Could you please change that to something like "View", which would be less confusing?

Done.
I've changed it to "View" if DNS control is off, "Manage" if it's on.
Avaiable for the next release.
