Manage User Backups Problems

Dear Guys,

I have attemp to make a backup using Manage User Backups from a reseller account. I seems creating backup but i dont create any backup of users. I dont get any message and on the files i cant see users_backups directory.

Can anyone help me? Why cant i create any backup??

Did you let some time pass? (The more users to backup, the longer it will be)

Is DirectAdmin's task manager being run every minute by cron?

Does DA's error log have any useful information?

I also attempt backup one user. It also doesnt work.
Where can i find the log files?

I tried also with root access.. I cant create any backup..
Who can help me? are there no Administrator?

I'm presuming you're the server administrator.

I'm one of the forum administrators, but that doesn't mean I work on your server for you, or even that I know all the answers.

I have no idea what you mean when you write that you tried with root backup but couldn't make a backup.

What did you run? Did it actually run without error?

Did it complete?

If you've got a properly installed DA server and one of its functions isn't working properly I'd recommend you contact DA support.
