Managing sub-domains via TLD DNS

Hi Guys,

If someone adds various subdomains as new domains under the control panel,is there a way to keep the authority of the DNS for each of those sub-domains under the root domain?
Whilst the sub-domains host different content, it's a pain to have to manage the DNS through 20 different control areas...

If you tell the control panel they're new domains, then they're treated as new domains.

You can probably use the post-create shell script (search these forums) to make the changes you want, but it may take some complex php coding. You'll need to make changes to named.conf, and to the zone file, and delete unnecessary files, and then restart BIND.
