manging doman and sub domain

i have a sub domain called
storage.mydomain

its currently on a cpanel server and has had the A name record to point to my DA server

how can i add this domain to my DA server and have it point to storage.domainname2

please note domainname and domainname2 are different domain names!

Create a domain with the exact subdomain name on your DA server. Either manage DNS for it on your C-Panel server, or create NS records on your C-Panel server to assign DNS to your DA server.

Once it's on your DA server you can create a redirect in an .htaccess file.
