Manual DA Restore Please Help

hello,

how to manually restore reseller account with DA, because when I do restore website thru DA Control Panel it took hours and then I will receive an email stating ERROR.

That only happends to that particular web site.

Please help

some times it says, no permission and sometime time it says user.usage file no access.

It's an unsuall delay , and that is only happening on one DOMAIN NAME which is my only reseller account with dedicated IP.

My question is should I add the IP first in order to restore that reseller account. in my DA ADmin Panel ( IP MANAGEMENT)

Just restoring that RESELLR account is creating problem the TAR file is fine and not corrupt

Before you restore a reseller account you should recreate it on the destination server. Have you done that?

When you restore a backup it should ask you if you want to restore it to the same or a different IP#. If you choose to restore it to an IP# not already on the server it should create that IP# on the server.

You do not own the IP so DA wont restore user account

Does the reseller own the IP#?

I'm not sure if this is required in advance or not, but from the message it appears this may be the case.
