Manually Transfer "Emails" from cpanel to directadmin

how can i transfer an Email account from cPanel to directadmin manually , that restore :

email account password (user can use email account with old password)
all email account data

as i know , cPanel stores email account data in :

/home/user/mail

and store accounts password in

/home/user/etc

Directadmin stores email account data in :

/home/user/maildir
/home/user/imap

and stores email accounts password in

/etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd

You have to do it manually. There are cpanel importer scripts but not for email only.

* i'm root in both cPanel and directadmin servers.
