The only actual error I see in that log is this:

2020-09-07 22:53:18 139908761868032 [Warning] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

The very last log line you have pasted seem to indicate MariaDB is running, but I assume that's not the case. I don't know if the above error is the cause of this, it does seem unlikely. Is it perhaps some monitoring software that tries to connect as root, fails, and then proceeds to restart mariadb in an attempt to resolve the problem?

centos 6.10
Why worry you have about 2 months and you need to upgrade

MariaDB as well. https://mariadb.org/tag/eol/
10.14 years and 11 months ago
(17 Oct 2015)
Ends in 1 month and 6 days
(17 Oct 2020)

Other than that you need to read logs. Take the use of the application into thought. What does htop show? What is server specs? Did it just stop working? Are you the Admin or a User? What did the Host you use say?
