Hi all.
I have tried to install DirectAdmin on a clean VPS.
I used Debian 9 with all the presets.
I have tried this about 12 times now without any luck getting Mariadb to start after installation.

Am I best in using Debian 8 instaed?
Best regards
Jukka
Update: Changed to Debian 8 with all preset installs when installing DirectAdmin and now MariaDB is running. Too bad I wasen't able to use Debian 9 instead.
Update2: Made after the Jessie installation an upgrade to Stretch so now it seems I'm running Debian 9 and all seems to run as it should.
