Martynas please add this module as default to nginx build

--with-http_flv_module its a "partner" to the mp4 module for video sites and is usually enabled alongside it. this would be needed for straight nginx and when running as proxy, even when proxy these 2 need to be run to allow pseudo-streaming. thanks
