Matching License In Clients Section

So I have 181 licenses. When I do an install the ip in the license system does not update to the server ip that is using that particular license. So how do I match the license with a particular server after the install? Since the license is not ip based anymore, when looking at the clients section can we know which license goes with which server?

It seems like I have to now manually track a lot more than I used to.
 
How long after shutting down a server before the license show as not live?

I just need to have an easy way to see what licenses have active sessions and which are not.
