Matrix web panel & DA

Hi, i have tryed to install DA today using for few years now, and with the new server i bought it comes pre-loaded with Matrix Web Server, unfortinatly if i request for it to be removed with my provider they will charge me.

When i Install DA it says all is fine, login now...
Try to lo in and the admin page wont load up -
http://88.208.236.22:2222

I think it has something to do with Matrix on the server, does anyone know how to remove this?

#1 Is this a dedicated server/VPS? If so you should have no problem removing matrix yourself but the method depends on your OS.

#2 Are you actually able to enter a username and password into DirectAdmin before receiving an error? If so, what exactly happens next?

The DirectAdmin control panel comes up for me.
