Max download per user????Problem

Hello.

I have one script (download manager)

If the user try to download 2 files together its ok!

If try to start 3th one of the other 2 files must finish and then this download start!

The same happens if the user download 2 files and try to reload and surf in the download manager!

Can someone tell how can i fix this so the users can download more files together?

I thing its apache that do this...

I dont use internet explorer byt firefox also (this comes with IE already)

99.9% its server settin..

server default does not come with this setting, unless you installed some kind of module such as mod_limitipconn.

and y my script doesnt download more than 2 files in one time..
