In my case a full list would as the following:

http://files.directadmin.com/services/custombuild/proftpd
http://files.directadmin.com/services/custombuild/proftpd_freebsd
http://files.directadmin.com/services/custombuild/proftpd_debian
http://files.directadmin.com/services/custombuild/ZendGuardLoader-70429-PHP-5.4-linux-glibc23-x86_64.tar.gz

CB download the files on every run of ./build update" as Arieh has noticed.

That probably needs to be fixed.

Again and again it comes:

Code:

The md5 checksum value may be incorrect, or a wrong file is being downloaded.
Install continuing with this possibly corrupted file. (it may also be fine)

Another one issue with dovecot.conf:

Code:
*** MD5 Checksum for dovecot.conf failed *again*.***
The md5 checksum value may be incorrect, or a wrong file is being downloaded.
Install continuing with this possibly corrupted file. (it may also be fine)

Pleas check it and fix it.

# ./build version
2.0.0-RC7 (rev: 1069)

That's because I updated it with the -SSLv3 code.
Might just be the versions.txt not yet in sync...
If the problem persists, let me know which files server it is.

Found this older thread while Googling.
I just upgraded to CB2 and got this error-message as well when running "./build update";

Thanks for the report. Sorry, that one was my fault!
I had added extra code to create missing folders, but forgot to rebuild the versions.txt with the new md5sum.
Updated on files1.
Shouldn't hurt anything though, just more downloads than it needs.
