Memory cache take most of RAM

my cache memory is always take the available RAM while doing the daily backup , because i have a large files so can i exclude these files from backup cron .

If you're talking about users accounts backup, there's no a way to exclude any file from it, if it is located within a user's home directory.

Just put it somewhere else (in secure place) out of the user's home directory and put a symlink in the previous location. In this case, you wont be able to modify file via FTP or Directadmin's file manager.
