Memory Displaying Incorrectly

When I am in directadmin and I am in the Show System Information Section it reads this:

Processor Name Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz (3042.63-MHz 686-class CPU)
Total Memory 507.086 MB
Free Memory 2.48438 MB


That is not correct ram that is available, it has never worked. Any suggestions?

cat /proc/meminfo
