Hi All,

I have a fresh copy of DA on my server. The problem that I have is that when for example httpd goes down I dont get an e-mail en also there is no message ticket. The option "Notify all admins whenever a service goes down using the messaging/ticket system."is already checked. So what could be the problem? Anybody any idea?

Also make sure that your admin email is set to a deliverable address. Then check the exim logs to see if that mail is being delivered.
