While every host is indeed different, this is a valid feature request, since DirectAdmin does install a default exim.conf file and many people go years without knowing it can be changed. I've moved the thread; it's now a feature request.

The change would be easy enough to implement for new installations. Let's see if there's any interest in it.

I'm using roundcube, and for some reason this setting doesn't effect it. I am stuck with 8mb size limit.

when I try to upload an attachment I get

Thats because roundcube uses settings from the .htaccess file. You need to edit it to change the setting.
