Migrate from customapache to custombuild

Hi,

Im currently running apache 1.3.39 / php 5.2.5, mysqld,vsftpd and dovecot build by customapache.

Now i would like to upgrade to apache 2.x or apache 2.2.x

what is the safest way to do this? by migrating to custombuild(how is that done)?

i saw that post. i just want to make sure im doing the right hing. i downloaden custombuild and it loosk fine.

but as i said, i just to make sure. Hours of downtime is not a thing i would like
