Migrating DA User to Another Server

I have a client who is currently hosted on another DA server under user level.

He wants to move over to my server. I've been doing some searching and it seems like the solutions mentioned on this forum is mostly from reseller to reseller.

What if I want to migrate a user only?

I have his backup file, but when I try to restore it under my reseller level on my new server, the expected "backup is not a username" error appears.

Anyone have any suggestions?

You should be able to upload his user-level backup to your system, create a user account for him under your reseller account, and then restore his backup.
