migrating sites to new server without Cloudlinux

I have a server with Directadmin and Cloudlinux 7.
I would like to stop using Cloudlinux.
If I restored backups of my sites to a server with newer software, but without Cloudlinux, for example Almalinux 9, would I have problems with the migration simply because I did not have Cloudlinux installed? My server has mostly many sites with wordpress.

If you use the DirectAdmin backup feature you should have no problems.
