I am with Hostlogical and they are asking customers to change from esecuresite4.com to a new network.

They ask the customers to undertake the move but give very little detail as to how to do it.

Their instruction:

Access your new control panel etc etc

Upload your website to the new hosting account either via FTP or File Manger. Please ensure all files are uploaded into the public_html directory

Setup all required email accounts/MySQL databases etc via the control panel

Once you're happy email us instructing us to change your domain over to the new hosting network.

ns.mainserver.com(217.66.23.1)
ns2.mainserver.com(217.66.23.2)

Can someone guide me through how I should do this Including the email)

Thanks

Did you contact your hosting provider to provide better directions? Since the process of moving from one network to another will vary from host to host.

My guess, is that you should have been provided access to a new controlpanel account that doesn't have anything on it. All they want you to do is move your entire website to the new server. Once you are satisfied that both are the same and you have all of your information moved over, they will point your domain to the new server which is supposed to be on the network.

Basically all you have to do is backup your entire website and move it to the new server, verify that it works on the new server using the temporary address. Then notify your hosting provider to have your domain point to the new server.
