Migration from Directadmin panel to another - sent items issue

Hi. We have an issue which we hope you can help us with.

We moved from one service provider to another, both accounts were compared with email size, folders etc... both seemed identical in terms of GB size for each email address.

But when checking today now that the DNS has switched over to the new provider, it is only showing 1 years SENT items, exactly to the time that we done the DNS switch over last night.

Is this normal? Has anyone heard of this issue and how to resolve it?
