Hmmm I've just bought DA licence and install it on my second server . Now i want to migrate all my accounts what i have on my first server with webmin .Can someone tell me step by step how to do that .

P.S
I don't have any money to pay someone for that i bought DA licence

If you don't want to transfer all the emails - it's very easy. Just create an account(s) on DirectAdmin server, archive the account(s) on the other server and transfer them data. After this you'll need to create mysql databases into DirectAdmin, then you'll need to pack /var/lib/user and extract it on the DirectAdmin server (or you can transfer you database with "mysqldump -uusername -ppasssword database > database.sql", transfer the file to DirectAdmin server and restore it by running "mysql -uusername -ppasssword database < database.sql". That's all.

If you want to make a clon of another server, but with DirectAdmin control panel - it's much harder. You'll need to move all emails data etc.

i don't need emails just only www data and mysql's and users in DA panel can you write more details in step by step for me ;) i'm noob in this ;)

Maybe no one wants to work for $0.00 :) If there are only few websites - send me an email with your ICQ, MSN or Skype details and I'll help you.

hmmm i don't use any of this programs i prefer email hmm and just show me how to copy these 150 accounts ;)

Generally if people offer to help you, then you should probably agree to do it their way ;) .

This is specific personal help. Does it belong on the forums? You haven't enabled your email address, so Martynas can't email you unless you send him your email address.

You can write a converter on your own, but if you don't know how to do that - search google for webmin->directadmin converter, if you can't find anything - seach for webmin->cpanel converter, if you'll find it - after the conversation (when it has cPanel backups structure) you can use cPanel->DirectAdmin converter ( http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2247 ).
