We have migrated sites from old server to new server. On new server when we check Admin level -- List resellers we are getting No Data to Show message.

Can you please assist

have you checked if users and resellers has been created on the system?

try

ls -l /home/

Ok, if the packages has been created try to add manually the resellers in

/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/reseller.list

Check also if all user and reseller has been created in

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/

I see 87 domains (right panel) — is it a correct data?
I see 2 users (again right panel) — is it a correct and actual data?

Try this /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/fix_da_user.sh for admin.

I have added manually user in reseller list file.

/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/reseller.list

and now directadmin is able to show the user in reseller list but not able to show the user details ie. bandwith usages, domain ete . it's showing the the error "Error reading File" . Please check it attachment.

Try this /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/fix_da_user.sh for admin and each reseller as zeiter suggested.
