Minor configuration limits triggering major user confusion

In our setup, users are allowed — and are using — 1 of 1 FTP accounts. We don’t limit mail accounts, but I assume the same flawed logic applies there too.

The problem is how this is being presented: users see a bright red bar with an exclamation mark, interpret it as a critical issue, and understandably panic. We’re now fielding unnecessary support tickets because of this.

This is not a resource that's "full" in any meaningful way — it’s just a configuration limit. Presenting it in the same alarming way as real problems like bandwidth or disk space usage is completely misleading, especially for end users who don’t know the difference.

This kind of UX causes confusion, unnecessary workload, and frankly should not have made it past QA. Please reconsider how this is communicated in the UI.
