Missing Advanced Tools

From the help (http://www.site-helper.com/misc.html#cron) To access cron jobs, click on the "Advanced Tools" icon from the main control panel menu, then click the "Cron Jobs" icon.

The problem is that I have not found "Advanced Tools" icon nor "Cron Jobs" icon.

Attached image with the icons where "Advanced Tools" is missing.
