MKV file has no sound - Nginx-Reverse Proxy

Hi , we have Streaming Server with Directadmin and nginx-apache Reverse Proxy enabled .

now one of our clients can't share their files with MKV format and online Stream :

now i check mime types in ssh at /etc/mime.types , i can see :
audio/x-matroska mka
video/x-matroska mkv mk3d mks


so it should play without any problem , but sound not working at all.


Any idea how we can diagnose this problem ?
