Mod Security ! please Help !

hi i come from cpanel to dircet admin !
i had install mod security on my server !
but Direct admin has not /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
how can i change mod security rule !
and how can i see the logs !
in the cpanel logs show in the mod _ security part !
