mod_rewrite isnt installed

Hi everyone.

I have a problem on my server where mod_rewrite isnt installed. When i do

httpd -l or httpd -M

It says command not found.

How do I install this. Im using custombuild.

Its installed by default. Try to reinstall.

How do I reinstall it tho? that is where my question lies lol it aint installed by default on mine for some weird reason
