Mod_security and nginx with php 5.6.18

Hello,
When I enable mod_security engine in nginx 1.8.1 I get 500 error in access to all admin pages of all scripts.
This issue started since that I upgarde nginx from 1.8 to 1.8.1 and php to 5.6.18.
At first I think comodo mod_security rule cause this issue but when I restore rule to older version the problem still persists.
How to solve it?

I get 500 error in all of wordpress,joomla and whmcs admin login page with nginx 1.8.1 and mod_security 2.9.0.
