Mod_securtiy related?

To assign cp.domain.com I followed:

and it is running fine expect one thing. In my httpd.conf file I do not see
LoadModule proxy_module modules/libproxy.so
AddModule mod_proxy.c
to uncomment. I installed mod_securty (no sure if those two lines are about that) and recomplied apache but still not there.

What sould I lookfor? or just ignore?
